ACTIVATING WITH KEYGEN :
Detailed activation EXPLANATION:

OK I hope this will finally resolve this issue because this procedure is required to activate any program not just this one !

1. Disable internet;

2. Open the keygen, generate serial number by pressing Generate button, don't generate another one anymore, and leave the keygen opened until the very end (this is the most important part because if you enter one serial during installation and then close keygen, once you open it again for activation code the serial in the first row will be different then you've entered and therefore the activation code will be invalid) !!!

3. Start installation from autorun window or go to folder CGS13 and execute file SETUP.EXE !

4. Copy serial number from keygen to installation window where it says "Already have a Trial serial number ?", then press Continue button, check that you accept the terms of use and install Corel. After it's done press Finish ! Don't close keygen at this point I remind you again !

5. Now run Corel Draw X3 for the first time and activation window will prompt you ! Now if it is the case press "Already Purchased" and enter the serial number again and then press "Phone" (now if you don't need to press "Already Purchased" then don't, in this case press "Phone" only) ! Here comes activation part !

6. When you press "Phone" under the serial number you will see installation ID that stretches into two rows, this is important because you will have to enter all of it without dashes to the keygen's second row where is says "Installation Code:", when you enter all of it and yes from the second row also to the keygen, then press the "Activation" button, (don't press "Generate" button by mistake, because if you do you will have to install it all again with that new serial you changed by pressing "Generate" button). So after you press "Activate" in the keygen the Activation Code will popup in the third row in keygen, now enter it in Corel and activate !

7. Now you can close keygen and you can enable your internet back ! That's it !

As you can see I tried to explain this as detailed as possible and I really hope you'll make it this time. In this manner you need to activate Adobe Photoshop or Acrobat Pro and many other applications, so you should know how it's done !

P.S. It is very important to disable internet connection while installing, also I've noticed that in some cases activation is not necessary when installing over existing installation ! If first serial number generated from the Keymaker don't work just generate the new one it will work !

I had some complains that autorun don't work in some cases, I don't know what cause it really. If that happens just go to folder CGS13 and execute file SETUP.EXE and problem is solved ! ! !
